Under St Annes on Sea pier at sunset

What would you like to do??
Many guests ask me where is the sea, it does come in, twice a day but it goes out for about a mile so in the Summer its easy to not see it at all! Plenty of space on the beach, there are sand dunes, flat golden sand, you can try your hand at Kite surfing if you are feeling energetic http://kitesurfinguk.org.uk/uk-kite-beaches/kitesurfing-st-annes-blackpool/ or just go fly a kite, and when you get hooked come back for St Annes Kite festival

Busy day at the beach with St Annes Kite Festival filling the sky with kites!

A trip to the seaside needs to visit to the pier, it has a wide selection of amusements to keep the kids entertained, stop for a drink at the cafe, look in the shops or just walk to the end and enjoy the view. The original pier was damaged by fire and the restored pier is now shorter in length but the landing jetty still remains as a nod to the past. https://www.piers.org.uk/pier/st-annes-pier/
